Use restrictions
1. Before mixedPart A and Part B should be thoroughly stirred before mixing together.
2. When mixed: Thoroughly mixed at weight ratio of 1:1 and stir uniformity.Varying the mixing ratio between 8:1 and 12:1 usually has a small effect on the properties of the cured rubber. However, if the mixing ratio differs substantially from the recommended scope, preliminary tests should be carried out to check the cured materials suitability.
3. De-airing: after mixing which be in vacuum de-airing for 1-3 minutes would be much better.
4. Potting: mixed compounds should be put into the application as soon as possible to prevent being thickening.
5. Curing: Room temperature curing. Moreover Curing speed can be slightly accelerated by raising the temperature. Heating, however, must not exceed 60 °C.
It takes at least 24 hours to fully cure, which will also depend on the environmental temperature and humidity. If the depth 6mm, the time to fully cure the bottom will be prolonged.
