ZS-NJ-D959W03 is one kind of the flame retardant type one-component alcohol silicone sealant which is room temperature curing. This products have the properties such as high strength, good adhesion, good adhesion on alumina, copper, stainess steel and other metal, excellent dielectric and good heat resistance. The general using temperature range is from -60℃～200℃. During the curing process, it will release the alcohols, which with no corrosion to the materials such as polycarbonate(PC) and copper. Absolutely compliance with the EU ROHS’s requisition.

●Low-yellowing after cured, no corrosion to materials such as copper and PC (polycarbonate)
● No deactivation effect on platinum catalyst system, can be used with platinum catalyst system potting compound
● Flexible and stable from - 60 °C to + 200 °C after cured

Use restrictions
After Operating, unused sealant must be sealed and stored , and tighten the cap immediately,if the seal has a little crust when use it in the next time, remove it and it will not affect the normal use. During the storage process, the cartridge orifices may appear a small amount of the cured phenomenon, cleared it and can use it again, and no affection to the product performance.
