antas-175 Silicone Anti-Mildew Sealant is a one-component neutral curing silicone sealant with outstanding anti-mildew that reaches to zero level of GB1741. It is particularly suitable for sealing joints in easy mildew-growing places such as kitchen room, sanitary room and bathroom. It cures by the moisture of the air and forms to be elastic silicone rubber.
Product feature
1.Outstanding anti-mildew property;
2. Good extrusion and thixotropy between 4℃~40℃. Easy to use;
3. Neutral curing, non-corrosive to metal, coated glass, concrete, marble, granite etc.;
4. Release low-molecular-weight alcohol and no unpleasant odor during cure.
5. Excellent resistance to weather, UV, ozone, water;
6. Excellent resistance to low and high temperature change. No fragility, rigidification or crack at -30℃, and no softening, degradation at 90℃ when cured. It always keeps good elasticity;
7. Excellent adhesion to most common building materials;
8. Good compatibility with other neutral silicone sealants.
Main purpose
1. Waterproof anti-mildew sealing and jointing in kitchen room, sanitary room and bathroom;
2. Perimeter glazing for windows and doors;

Use restrictions
1. In areas where abrasion and physical abuse are encountered.
2. In totally confined spaces as the sealant requires atmospheric moisture for cure.
3. On frost-laden or damp surfaces
4. On building materials that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents – materials such as impregnated wood, oil-based caulks, green or partially vulcanized rubber gaskets or tapes.
5. On substrates made of polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate and polytetrafluoroethylene.
6. Where movement capability greater than ±12.5% is required.
7. If the sealant is intended to be painted.
8. On surfaces in direct contact with food.
9. For use underwater or in other applications where the product will be in continuous contact with water.
